With multiple certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, and ITIL, Macdonald is a recognized expert in the field, ensuring that CARE Zimbabwe remains at the forefront of technology advancements. Currently pursuing an MSc in Information Systems, he continues to deepen his knowledge and skills to benefit our organization.
Macdonald’s career trajectory began in 2007, and over the years, he has accumulated a wealth of experience. His professional journey has taken him through the banking and mining industries, where he honed his IT skills and gained valuable insights into technology management.

With seven years of experience in the NGO sphere, he has demonstrated a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this field.
